青皮,不是陳皮【續】

謝謝繼續有同道指出優質陳皮應為接近冬至時採收之大紅柑,數年後之成品陳皮香甜味醇苦味淡燥意低,理氣化痰調整腸胃藥食俱佳;中秋後收的青柑效果偏向破氣,只適宜氣滯類病人,相對不宜一般服用。
